Are your soaps natural and organic?
Yes! All our soaps are made with high-quality natural ingredients, including plant-based oils, essential oils, and botanicals. Where possible, we use certified organic ingredients.

Are your soaps suitable for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Most of our soaps are gentle and nourishing, made without harsh detergents, artificial fragrances, or synthetic colours. Always patch-test if you're unsure or have very sensitive skin.

Do your products contain palm oil?
No. We are a palm oil-free brand committed to sustainable, ethical skincare.

Are your soaps vegan and cruelty-free?
Most of our soaps are vegan, but one exception is Golden Glow, which contains raw honey. All ingredients are clearly listed on each product page.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the UK. For international orders, please get in touch via our contact form.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days. UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days from dispatch.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over £50 qualify for free UK standard delivery.

What are your face oils made with?
Our face oils are a blend of nourishing plant oils such as rosehip, grapeseed, moringa, and vitamin E, combined with essential oils like frankincense, bergamot, or palmarosa—depending on the formula.

Are your face oils suitable for oily or combination skin?
Yes. Our oils are lightweight and designed to balance the skin without clogging pores. Each formula targets different needs, so check the product description to find your perfect match.

What kind of soap dishes do you offer?

Yes! We have a selection of ready-to-gift boxes and bundles for birthdays, thank yous, or just because. Most come pre-wrapped and can include a personalised message.
